4 Bourdillon is Nigeria’s and West Africa’s tallest residential structure. It is also Nigeria’s 12th highest structure. It is located at 4, Bourdillon Road in Lagos’ affluent Ikoyi neighborhood.
The structure is a 103 m (338 ft) tall Twin Tower. It has 25 Floors comprising 41 apartments (Flats, Duplex Flats and Duplex Penthouses).

4 Bourdillon’s other features include greenery, water-bodies, swimming pools, tennis court, gym and clubhouse with underground parking, Sauna & Spa, 24 Hour concierge, etc.
Its penthouses have roof gardens and curved balconies. It also has wrap-around terraces with spectacular 360-degree views of Victoria Island and the lagoon, as well as other amenities.

The building’s construction began in 2015 and was completed in early 2020.
