I am Getting Death Threats – Boma, BBN Evictee
Boma Akpore, one of the recently evicted Big Brother Naija Season 6 housemates, has revealed that he has been getting death threats since he exited the popular reality show.
The Blacklist actor revealed this during an interview on Naija FM 102.7, a Lagos-based radio station.
Boma stated that, in addition to himself, his team of public relations and social media handlers had received similar threats from fans of the reality show who were dissatisfied with some of his actions on the show.
The other recently evicted reality show housemates, Peace and Michael, were also present during the radio interview.
Boma, when asked about his amorous liaison with the married Tega, he expressed regrets over the actions.
The formerly married Boma, on the other hand, reiterated that Big Brother Naija is a game show.
“Just because it’s a reality show doesn’t mean it’s my reality,” he explained. I work as an actor professionally. It was just a screen, and I was freestyling.
“The majority of what happened in the house wasn’t my true character,” the New York-based actor explained.
The evictee acknowledged that his actions in the house influenced public perception of himself. “By the end of the show, the world should understand that it’s a game show,” he said.
He went on to say that what Nigerians consider a big deal isn’t so big outside the country.
Boma moved to the United States from Nigeria in 2010.
Tega Offiong Dominic-Ajeboh admitted to regretting some of her actions while in the house, despite the fact that she is a married woman.
“I was just living my life and catching “cruise” and sucking up every moment that came,” the mother of one said.
She did, however, admit that she was surprised to discover that she had pushed everyone against the wall when she left the house. She stated that she accepts responsibility for her actions as a result of this.
Tega refuted her husband’s claims that her amorous affair on the reality show was her way of retaliating for him previously cheating on her in their marital bed.
Her husband stated on Instagram that her affair with Boma on the show was her way of retaliating for his infidelity.
Tega emphasized that she is not a vindictive person, as someone’s wrongdoing against her would not motivate her to seek retaliation.
When asked what she would change if she could change anything that happened while she was in the house, she replied, “I have nothing to change apart from the whole situation involving myself and Boma.”
During the interview, Tega, the Calabar, Cross River indigene, corrected popular opinion that she is from Delta State.
