Mayowa Nicholas: Meet The 23 Year Old Nigerian Model That’s Blazing A Trail On The Global Stage
Mayowa Nicholas’ rise to international modeling success began in 2014, when Beth Model Management scouted her.
Mayowa Nicholas was 16 years old at the time, and she was in her second year of accounting at Crawford University in Ogun State, Nigeria.
That same year, she competed in and won Beth Model Management’s Elite Model Look Nigeria, a modeling competition. She later competed in Elite Model Look at the World Finals in Shenzen, China, in 2014.

The first of three children is now a seasoned model who has made an outstanding mark in the fashion world, reigning over the local and international scene one fierce campaign at a time.
Mayowa has appeared in over a hundred international fashion shows. She is the first Nigerian model to appear in campaigns for Dolce & Gabbana, Saint Laurent, and Calvin Klein.
Her impressive portfolio also includes runway appearances for internationally renowned fashion houses such as Tom Ford, Prada, Oscar De La Renta, Miu Miu, Bridget Awosika, Ralph Lauren, Lisa Folawiyo, Dior, Hermès, and many more.
Mayowa Nicholas made her official debut in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in 2018.
Nicholas is currently ranked as one of Models.com’s “Top 50” models.
