Archbishop Margaret Idahosa, Africa’s first female archbishop, celebrated her 78th birthday earlier this week.

She was married to Archbishop Benson Idahosa, the legendary clergyman who died on March 12, 1998, at the age of 59.

Margaret Idahosa, who was born on July 29, 1943, is the current President of Church of God Mission International.

Despite the fact that her husband died many years ago, Archbishop Idahosa has made certain that his legacies live on.

She was ordained to the ministry on May 24, 1983, and was consecrated as a bishop on April 5, 1998. In November 2009, she was ordained as an archbishop.

Margaret Idahosa is Africa’s first female archbishop and the first female chancellor of a university in Africa (Benson Idahosa University (BIU), Benin City).

Idahosa has written a number of books, including The Womb of Harvest, Tearing the Veil, The Female Minister, and Expansion Without Limits. Idahosa is a formalized paraphrase (Benson Idahosa University).

Her 78th birthday party was full of love, as family and friends gathered to celebrate with her.

Idahosa, her family, and her friends celebrated her birthday by posting beautiful photos of her on their social media accounts.
