Tiwa Savage is the African “King” of musical collaborations!

The Queen of Afrobeats has deservedly earned that title.

Arguably, no other musical artiste across Africa has had more musical collaborations with other artistes like her. The evidences abound.

However, while her solo musical stuff are good on their own, there’s no denying the phenomenon that results from her collabos with other artistes – both local and international!

The self-acclaimed “African bad Girl” has worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry.

Her songwriting skill is phenomenal. She can blend effortlessly into any rhythm and melody. A feature on a song is almost guarantee of a hit.

Furthermore, its takes a great deal of bravery to have her as a feature on your song, because you stand the risk of getting outshined or annihilated  on your own joint!

American R&B icon, Brandy, collaborated with Tiwa Savage on the song. “Somebody’s Son”

Musical collaborations, or Collabos, are means by which artistes bring their distinct uniqueness on a song and leverage on each other’s creativity and fan bases.  Collaborations also gives one high chances of breaking into new markets.
